Network Rail pay damages over fatal accident at Bestwood crossing

Russell-Cooke appoint new Managing Partner
Russell-Cooke have appointed Dominic Fairclough as new Managing Partner, taking over from Nigel Coates who now moves in to the role of Deputy Senior Partner. Both positions are effective from 1 February 2012. Dominic is a partner in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team, and will hold the position for the next three years.

Russell-Cooke Cases in the News - Network Rail plead guilty to health and safety breaches
Network Rail has pleaded guilty to the health and safety breaches which led to the deaths of Olivia Bazlington and Charlotte Thompson at a railway crossing in 2005. The company has admitted to three charges and is being prosecuted by the Office of Rail Regulation at Basildon Crown Court.
