Simon is a consultant in the Private Client Team.
He has practised law for 45 years and during that time has dealt with a wide range of legal issues.
In recent years, Simon has concentrated on advising clients in relation to Powers of Attorney, wills, probate and Inheritance Tax planning and has also undertaken residential and commercial conveyancing. He has acted for a local mental health charity and a local housing association for many years.
Simon qualified in 1972. He became a Partner in the firm at which he trained in 1976, and continued in that role with Woodhouse Davies & Martin, prior to its merger with Russell-Cooke in 2010.
He is a member of the New Malden Rotary Club.
