Jenny trained as a solicitor at Russell-Cooke and qualified into the Private Client Team in September 2010. She has broad experience in many aspects of the law that individuals encounter on a day to day basis including advising on and setting up trusts, administering estates, drafting complex wills and estate planning and tax advice. During her training, Jenny also assisted the Trusts and Estates Disputes Team and the Commercial Property Group.
Jenny is particularly interested in cross border issues including estate planning for international individuals, administering estates where there is a foreign element and the recent French legislation on reporting trusts with a French connection.
Jenny is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). She has a degree in law with Australian law from the University of Nottingham, and also studied at the University of Queensland.
