X Hospice (Defending a challenge to a will) 2011
Mr X was a grateful patient of the hospice and while admitted gave instructions to a solicitor to draft a will leaving the hospice a substantial legacy equating to approximately 28% of his estate. The will was executed a few days before Mr X died.
