Simon is an Associate solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial Team assisting with a range of matters including share purchase agreements and intellectual property issues.
He also gained experience with the Commercial Property Group assisting with a range of property matters such as drafting leases, dealing with licences to assign and assisting on transfers of property. He was previously in the Commercial Team working on a range of matters including share purchase agreements and intellectual property issues. He has also worked with the Litigation Team and has experience of employment law, including helping to advise clients on unfair dismissal claims, redundancy and discrimination law.
Simon studied at the University of York and prior to joining Russell-Cooke, worked for a number of years as a policy advisor for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
