Mala is an Associate solicitor in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department where she works on cases involving road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, fatal accidents and tripping and slipping claims. Mala also assists in a range of clinical negligence claims involving the misdiagnosis or failure to diagnose medical conditions, mismanaged births and negligently performed operations. Mala has experience in acting for clients making a claim to the Motor Insurers Bureau and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
Mala volunteers at the personal injury and clinical negligence clinic providing legal advice at the Citizens Advice Bureau in both Battersea and Merton. She is also a volunteer for the AVMA (Action Against Medical Accidents) free telephone helpline.
Mala is a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Mala studied at Kings College London and subsequently undertook her legal studies at Nottingham Law School where she gained Distinctions in the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. Mala was awarded a First Class LLB degree.
