Lisa is a Litigation Executive working closely with members of the Commercial Litigation Team, in particular, Francesca Kaye and Lee Ranford.
She has many years of hands on experience dealing with document management and procedural issues arising across a spectrum of varied commercial litigation cases.
Lisa has a meticulous approach and deals with matters such as preparing bundles for trial, disclosure, instructing experts, drafting witness statements and Particulars of Claim and general preparation for trial, injunctions including freezing injunctions and mediations.
She has recently assisted Francesca Kaye and Elliot Elsey on Al-Khudairi & Salman v Abbey Brokers & Ors and is now assisting them on other linked litigation.
She liaises directly with the courts, barristers and clients and experts.
