Roger is a Partner and Head of the Commercial Property Team in the Kingston Office and he advises clients on all aspects of commercial property acquisitions and disposals, business tenancies and property management.
Roger is also completely familiar with residential property work particularly in the London and Surrey areas and has often acted in relation to high value properties both for sellers and for buyers.
Roger regularly works with clients in the banking sector.
Both personally and professionally, Roger has great experience of acting for charities and he is presently Chairman of the trustees of Walsingham Care, a charity which helps the poor and elderly in Thames Ditton and surrounding areas.
He also has considerable experience in relation to Private Client matters and is a member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists).
Roger studied law at Liverpool University completed his legal studies at Chester Law College and qualified in Liverpool in 1981. He joined Russell-Cooke as a partner following the merger of Caporn Campbell with Russell-Cooke in 2006.
