Location: Putney
Description: Russell-Cooke's Clinical Negligence
and Personal Injury department is
amongst the country's leaders in the sector. The team is highly-rated by
Chambers and the Legal 500 and
several of its solicitors are members of
the Law Society's PI and Clinical
Negligence Panels. In addition, a
number of the department's solicitors
are members of AvMA's
Specialist
Clinical Negligence Panel.
The team undertakes a broad range
of work and has particular expertise
in spinal injury, head injury and
obstetric cases. Many of its cases
are high profile or have significant
legal implications.
The team, based in Putney SW15
has two vacancies for:
Clinical Negligence & Personal
Injury Solicitors, Newly Qualified -
1 year PQE or equivalent.
The ideal candidates must have a
good knowledge of personal injury
and, in particular, clinical negligence
law. They should be highly-motivated
and able to demonstrate a
commitment to these areas of law.
The ideal candidates will also
need excellent communication and
organisational skills.
The successful candidates will
work under supervision but will be
expected to develop their own case
load. Solicitors in the department work
to the very highest standards and the successful candidates will be required
to meet the firm's quality criteria.
