Introduction
Welcome to the area of the site for charities and other non-commercial organisations.
Although many of our departmental teams act for non-commercial clients from time to time, two departments specialise in this area of work: the Professional Regulation Department, which acts for a number of national professional regulatory bodies, and the Charity Team, which advises over 600 voluntary sector organisations across the UK. In addition, our Commercial Litigation Department contains solicitors who specialise in handling disputes involving charities, and advising statutory bodies and other similar organisations.
We have an Investors in People accreditation.
