Biography
Dominic Fairclough
Dominic has a Degree in Politics and French from Loughborough University. He then completed the CPE and LPC at Wolverhampton University.
Dominic trained at Evill and Coleman, qualifying as a Solicitor in July 1997. Dominic was made a Partner at Evill and Coleman in July 2000 before the merger with Russell-Cooke in 2005.
He deals with both personal injury and clinical negligence claims. He also specialises in Inquests and has represented several bereaved families in cases involving murder, deaths in hospital, suicides and work place accidents.
Dominic has dealt with a wide range of clinical negligence and personal injury claims. Dominic represented Mr. McLeod, in a much-publicised case, who suffered severe psychiatric injuries as a result of bullying and harassment at work, which settled for £200,000. For some years Dominic has been heavily involved in advising the Citizen Advice Bureaux of both Putney and Fulham.
Dominic is a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), INQUEST Lawyers Group, Luton and Dunstable NHS Trust Ethics Committee and an honorary legal adviser at Putney, Roehampton and Fulham Citizens Advice Bureau.
