Biography
David Webster
David is an experienced corporate law solicitor dealing with range of matters including private equity transactions, public and private acquisitions, restructurings (including reductions of capital) and the provision of general corporate advice.
After studying at the University of Bristol, the University of Nottingham and the University of Maastricht in Holland, David trained at Simmons & Simmons and qualified in 2003. He then spent three years working in the Corporate Department before joining Russell-Cooke in 2006.
