Biography
Guy Wilmot
Joined the Company-Commercial department in September 2004 after training with Russell-Cooke.
Specialisms include general company and commercial law, advising clients on company formations and start-ups, liquor licensing, and advice on trade mark, copyright and other intellectual property and IT issues.
Guy also specialises in alcohol and entertainment licensing. Recent clients have included restaurants, bars, conference venues, educational institutions and private clubs. Guy also acts for local residents who wish to take action against licensed premises or who wish to make objections to an application.
Guy advises company and individual clients on the sale of small and medium sized businesses. He has recently acted for clients selling businesses accross many sectors including hospitality and leisure, business consultancy and manufacturing.
