Biography
Howard Swindall
Partner in Commercial Property department.
Specialises in investment work, development, leasing and the property aspects of corporate/business transfers - often involving significant numbers of properties. In addition to dealing with traditional property related issues, Howard has extensive experience advising on specialist facilities and projects including developments for clients in the IT and leisure sectors.
Howard joined Russell-Cooke in 2005. He had previously worked for many years in the commercial property group at Richards Butler including over 19 years as a partner.
Notable work includes: leasing transactions in landmark City of London office buildings; work for an enterprise company on numerous investment and development projects in the London area; and acting for a leading leisure group in connection with projects involving a variety of existing and new leisure related venues as well as business sales and purchases.
Howard has led a number of seminars on property law and gave the legal update address at the 2004 RICS Building Surveyors Annual Conference.
