Biography
Jessica Asher
Jessica is a Partner in Russell-Cooke's Commercial Litigation team where she specialises in judicial review and regulation, and disciplinary proceedings.
Jessica has been involved in a number of notable cases, including Simms v. Law Society [2002], Halley v. Law Society [2003] and Russell-Cooke Trust Company v. Elliotts [2001].
She is also part of team currently winding up two unauthorised Collective Investment Schemes valued in excess of £20million.
Prior to joining Russell-Cooke Jessica trained and worked at a solicitors firm specialising in business and finance.
