Biography
Janice Gardner
Janice Gardner was educated at Swansea University and York College of Law; she qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has since specialised exclusively in personal injury and clinical negligence lititigation.
She joined Russell-Cooke as head of the PI Team in 1999 and was made a partner in 2001.
Janice has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel since 1993. She is also an active member of AVMA (Action for Victims of Medical Accidents) and APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is secretary to the APIL London Regional Group.
Janice has a broad practice including both clinical negligence and personal injury and has a special interest in head injury cases. She recently settled a head injury case for £1.3 million.
