John Hackett
Consultant at Russell-Cooke with over 20 years experience.
Specialises in proceedings relating to children; particularly acting for children in care proceedings. Solicitor-advocate in the High Court, County Court and in Family Proceedings Court levels.
Acts for children, professional guardians, parents and relatives in care and related proceedings, and for local authorities.
Member of the Law Society's Children Panel since 1986 and a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children. Former member of Terence Higgins Trust Legal Services Group; retains expertise on HIV-related issues in child proceedings.
