Biography
Joy Levi
Specialises in all aspects of children law including contact and residence issues, adoption cases and acting for children and their parents in cases involving the social services.
Has particular expertise in cases in which a parent suffers from mental health difficulties and cases where there is an allegation of non-accidental injury or sexually inappropriate behaviour.
Joy is a fully trained mediator and member of the Law Society's Children Panel. She is also a member of Nagalro (the association for children's guardians) and Resolution.
Joined Russell-Cooke in 1996 and is based in the Kingston office.
Studied law at St Anne's College, Oxford and welfare law at John Moore's University.
