Biography
Kathy Fitzgerald
Kathy Fitzgerald qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has worked in a number of specialist firms including Evill and Coleman before the merger with Russell-Cooke in 2005.
She has a wide range of experience in clinical negligence and personal injury cases and has also acted for clients in the multi-party actions; MMR, organophosphate and Gulf War litigation.
Kathy deals with many different types of clinical negligence cases and has extensive medical knowledge and has gained experience with the Court of Protection issues. She has recently settled a publicised case for a cerebral palsy client who received damages of £5million.
Kathy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Law Society.
