Biography
Kate Hamilton
Solicitor in the Family Law department based in Central London but is available to see clients in Putney.
Kate trained and worked at Dickinson Dees for four years before joining Russell-Cooke in 2005.
She practices in all areas of family law but in particular specialises in the financial issues that arise upon separation both between married and cohabiting couples. She also undertakes international child abduction work and complex children cases with a foreign element.
Kate adopts a firm but practical approach to family law.
Kate is trained as a Collaborative Lawyer. She is also a member of Resolution and the Lord Chancellors' Abduction Panel.
