Katrina Waters
Katrina Waters is a foreign-qualified solicitor in the Private Client Department, dealing with Court of Protection work, Enduring Powers of Attorney and related matters.
She specialises in advising elderly clients and/or their family members, and assisting adults who lack the capacity to manage their own affairs.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (psychology major) and Bachelor of Laws from the Flinders University of South Australia and had four years post-qualification experience as a lawyer in Australia before moving to England.
Katrina joined Russell-Cooke in 2004.
