Biography
Matt Bosworth
Solicitor in Russell-Cooke's Professional Regulation department, specialising in Fraud and Professional Regulation, Criminal and Civil Litigation for Intellectual Property matters.
Matt has previously worked for the Attorney General's Department (New South Wales) as a Lawyer.
Matt has lectured to members of the ILEX Investigation, Disciplinary and Appeal committees and to council members on regulatory law and disciplinary procedures. He has also lectured the Federation Against Copyright Theft ("FACT") senior investigators on the areas of decisions to undertake prosecutions and the criminal justice system specialising on conspiracy and serious fraud matters.
Matt assisted Peter Cadman on representing Chelsea FC and Jose Morinho in the Ashley Cole 'tapping up' matter.
Matt has appeared as an advocate on behalf of the General Dental Council in respect of their health committee proceedings.
Matt has also undertaken instructions ranging from defending clients on DTI/SFO matters to preparing cases for the Law Society.
Member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers and also the Young Fraud Lawyers' Association.
