Mary Cheves

Mary studied law at the University of Wales and trained at Herbert & Gowers. She joined Russell-Cooke in 2005 after working as a commercial property solicitor at Courts & Co. for nine years.
Mary is a highly experienced property lawyer specialising in the charity sector. Her work includes strategic advice on property portfolios and management; the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property for both operational use and investment; mortgages and grants; and the property aspects of transfers and mergers.
Mary has a particular interest in environmental matters and housing associations.
