Biography
Patrick Delas
Patrick Delas qualified as a French Avocat in 1995. He joined Russell-Cooke in 2004 as a registered European lawyer and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.
Patrick deals with a wide range of matters relating to French property ownership including advice on acquisition, inheritance and tax law.
Patrick is registered with the Barreau de Paris and works in close connection with his Paris colleagues on contentious matters including planning regulations, commercial and individual property disputes, debt recovery and insolvency.
Patrick also works with Russell-Cooke’s Private Client Department on wills and probate, estate and tax planning for UK individuals and companies owning property in France or relocating.
Within the firm, Patrick provides professional support to other departments on contentious and non-contentious issues in connection with France and in particular, to the Private Client Department on estate/tax planning, contentious/non-contentious probate and Private International Law.
Patrick is a member of the Franco-British Lawyers Society and the Union des Français de l’Étranger (corporate).
