Samantha Little
Head of Russell-Cooke's Children Department with over 10 years experience specialising in children law.
Samantha has extensive experience and expertise in adoption cases; in private law children cases, acting for parents and children where there are complex residence and contact issues; and in public law cases where there are child protection concerns (for example, cases involving drug or alcohol abuse, or harm to children), and acts for parents, children, Children's Guardians and family members.
Samantha is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, the National Association of Guardians ad Litem and Reporting Officers, Resolution (where she also sits on the Children Committee) and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
