Sarah Woodward
Specialises in Commercial Litigation, including breach of contract, professional negligence and insolvency.
Joined Russell-Cooke in 2000 after working for Frere Cholomeley Bischoff and training with Stevens and Bolton.
Legal experience includes obtaining injunctions to protect assets during company ownership disputes, defending high court claims relating to import contracts and investments in the futures market, and obtaining out of court settlements due to company accountant negligence.
