Tom Beynon
Solicitor in Russell-Cooke's criminal litigation department dealing in all aspects of criminal law, including high profile murder cases, robbery, sexual and drug related offences.
With particular expertise in the defence of business crime, Tom has a proven track record of dealing with complex fraud cases, and related civil litigation, including asset recovery, breach of contract and restraint orders.
Tom holds higher rights of audience to appear as an advocate in all courts, and has been instructed as a junior advocate in complex fraud cases. He is a duty solicitor on six London police station schemes and three London court schemes.
