Terry Lee

Terry was Senior Partner at Evill and Coleman before the merger with Russell-Cooke in 2005. He is now retained as a consultant.

Main areas of practice are catastrophic injuries, clinical negligence, brain damage at birth, acquired head injuries, multiple injuries, fatal accident claims and Court of Protection work.

Terry has successfully concluded many claims involving multi-million pound settlements or awards of damages; he has also been instrumental in dealing with a number of cases which involved the formation of a structured settlement.

Cases of note include: Brown -v- Merton, Sutton Health Authority, Head -v- East Anglia Health Authority, Hall -v- Peri, Lambert -v- Devon County Council, Lavis -v- Kent Country Council.

Terry is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, AvMA, British Academy of Forensic Science and Environmental Law Foundation. He is also a member of the Ethics Committee of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, Putney.

Terry was honored by being the first Solicitor selected by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers for its prestigious award of "Lawyer of the Year" 2000.
