Véronique Cardon
Véronique Cardon is a qualified French Notaire with more than six years experience within a well-known firm and Notaire’s office in the centre of Paris in France. She is at the same time a postgraduate in business and commercial law. She joined Russell-Cooke earlier this year.
Bilingual French/English, Véronique deals with a wide range of matters relating to French property, succession and family matters:
- ownership; purchasing in sole name, with a company, with a tontine clause;
- flat purchase and co-ownership issues;
- planning regulations (building permit, conformity certificate);
- tax issues (advising the best method of purchase, dealing with wealth tax issues);
- family law (marriage, divorce, change of marital regime);
- inheritance issues (estate planning, succession, tax issues).
Véronique works alongside Russell-Cooke’s Private Client Department on wills and probate, estate and tax planning for UK individuals owning property in France or relocating.
