With a national reputation for excellence, we can offer you high quality specialist advice and assistance to help you secure a financial settlement arising out of a medical injury.
We have a flexible approach to funding claims, including offering conditional fee ('no win no fee') agreements with zero success fees.
Under conditional fee agreements, solicitors will not generally receive payment of their fees if a claim doesn't succeed. However, under these agreements solicitors are entitled to charge a success fee to clients who win their cases (a percentage of the solicitors' fees, capped at 25% of compensation obtained for pain and suffering and for financial losses up to the date of any trial). However, our team is currently able to offer zero success fees in new personal injury and clinical negligence cases we take on under conditional fee agreements.
What is clinical negligence?
Clinical negligence occurs when a medical professional makes an error that causes damage to a patient’s health or wellbeing.
