Russell-Cooke is partnering with Charity Finance Group to provide a breakfast briefing that will explore the impact of gender equality legislation on charities.

This April saw the introduction of regulations that will require many employers to publish the difference between their pay to male and female staff. The intention is to tackle the continued problem of pay inequality that persists in most sectors more than 40 years after the introduction of equal pay legislation.

In this briefing, Jane Klauber and Carla Whalen, will look at the new regulations in the wider context of gender equality in the workplace, including sex discrimination under the Equality Act and recent case law, as well as the rights of mothers and carers.
