Ed Wanambwa, partner in the employment team, looks at the recent case of Burrell V Micheldever Tyre Services Ltd. The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) overturned a tribunal's decision that an employee who brought a grievance over alleged racists coments, and was then forced to relocate, had been victimised.

Ed Wanambwa comments on the EAT's decision and warns employers to obtain legal advice before relocating an employee who has alleged dicrimination - or any other unlawful conduct.
