Andrew Studd and Deborah Nathan, of Russell-Cooke's Charity Team, advised the Small Charities Coalition (SCC) on their recent merger with the Charity Trustee Networks (CTN).
The agreement involves transferring CTN's assets to the SCC, in an attempt to make the two organisations more efficient. The SCC was established in January 2008 to help small charities share resources, skills and experience to help them achieve their objectives. CTN was founded in 1998 to provide information and discussion forums for trustees, as well as trustee recruitment services.
