Russell-Cooke is delighted to be sponsoring the Charity Property Matters Survey 2022 run by property advice charity the Ethical Property Advice Foundation.

‘Adapting to a World With Covid’ asks not-for profit organisations about their property experiences as they emerge from the pandemic.

With the UK voluntary sector now facing serious challenges - this survey will provide invaluable information for the voluntary sector itself, as well as policymakers, landlords, grant funders and social lenders.

Russell-Cooke partner Andrew Small said: “ We have worked with the Ethical Property Foundation for many years, and we are delighted to be supporting this valuable research for the 2nd year running, during a time of unprecedented change and challenge for the voluntary sector. We encourage anyone involved with a charity property whether rented or owned, to spend a few minutes completing this questionnaire.”

The survey can be completed here – this is the only charity-led property research in the UK - run bi-annually since 2012.

The Ethical Property Foundation provides free property learning and advice to charities, social enterprises and community groups, as well as affordable consultancy. The survey results will be published later in the year @EPF4Charities www.propertyhelp.org
