About Rebecca

My approach is to have conversations before they become difficult conversations. My role is to understand family relationships and support my clients in making informed decisions about their future. I help them navigate all elements of estate planning, wealth transfer and succession; providing my clients with confidence in the choices they make.

Rebecca is an experienced private client lawyer working with both UK and international clients, including families, family businesses and entrepreneurs, trust companies and family offices.

Rebecca is head of our family office and has particular expertise in advising entrepreneurs and multi-generational businesses on wealth planning, succession and protection. These clients face their own unique set of challenges. At the heart of Rebecca’s approach is to gain a real understanding of the clients’ family relationships. This often involves pulling together a team from across the firm to use a range of legal tools to support the client and their family – this can include corporate, family, disputes and charity expertise.

Rebecca Fisher is an innovative, personable, thorough, determined lawyer. She is incredibly emotionally intelligent to what is going on with a client. At the same time she is also incredibly pragmatic and will not shy away from difficult discussions. All in all, a wonderful lawyer.
