About Rachel

Rachel advises on all aspects of residential property law and specialises in acting for clients with high-net-worth properties in all locations but in particular in the Surrey landed estates such as Fairmile, Claremont, Crown estates and St Georges Hill among others.

Rachel also has wide ranging experience of the London market and has advised in cases involving high value estates such as Rivermead and Cadogan Gardens.

She also has many years of experience of cases involving new leases, correcting defective leases, new builds and re-mortgages.

Rachel works closely with the private client team on not only probate cases but also a wide range of other matters involving Court of Protection and trust sales and complex tax administration.

She joined Russell-Cooke in 2004.
