Harriet has expertise in a wide array of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts and tax planning, together with preparing lasting powers of attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.

Harriet joined Russell-Cooke in 2018 having previously trained at a top 100 law firm in Wimbledon.

Harriet qualified as a solicitor in 2016.

Experience

Harriet's experience includes:

  • preparing wills and assisting with inheritance tax planning and business succession

  • administering trusts and estates including those with assets in foreign jurisdictions

  • applications to the Court of Protection and assisting deputies appointed by the Court of Protection

  • representing individual beneficiaries of estates
