About Elliot

I utilise commercial negotiations and formal legal processes to resolve disputes for individuals, charities and businesses. I seek to develop long-term strategic relationships with clients in order to help them to both resolve existing disputes, and proactively manage their ongoing exposure to risk.

Elliot has worked as a commercial litigator since qualifying as a solicitor in 2009. His practice covers a range of areas, but with a particular focus on commercial litigation, negligence claims against professionals, and corporate disputes relating to the management and ownership of businesses.

Elliot’s clients include individuals, charities, and businesses across a range of sectors, including digital marketing, retail, property developers and other professionals.

He is recognised for his insightful, calm and methodical approach. He understands that litigation can be a stressful process and works hard to ensure that his clients are supported and receive realistic advice about the merits of their case. This approach enables his clients to make pragmatic decisions focused on achieving their desired outcome be it legal, commercial or otherwise.

Elliot’s practice extends beyond pure litigation and includes advisory work focused on risk mitigation and avoidance. In this work he provides focused, commercial and pragmatic advice to avoid disputes before they arise.

Elliot Elsey – very calm and considered, and gives great practical advice. He is pragmatic when he needs to be, and really puts himself in the client’s position.
