David Webster (Corporate & Commercial) and Fiona Forsyth (Family) consider the impact of the judgment handed down in the recent case of Prest v Petrodel Resources Limited & Others (PRL).
The judgment suggested that the family courts now have the scope to target company assets but David and Fiona argue that is not necessarily the case. They also offer some practical advice on what steps can be taken to protect bona fide commercial transactions involving companies.
