Hannah Minty appears in The Barrister discussing marriage and civil partnerships. Hannah is a senior associate in the family team. She advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and financial matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, property disputes between cohabitees and financial claims on behalf of children following the breakdown of relationships between unmarried couples.
