More than two-and-a-half years have passed since the introduction of the sentencing guidelines for health and safety offences. At IOSH 2018, Kizzy Augustin, a partner at Russell Cooke LLP, will review some recent cases and assess the impact on health and safety professionals. 

IOSH is the Chartered body for safety and health professionals, with more than 46,000 members in over 120 countries. IOSH 2018 is their annual conference to take place on 17-18 September.
