Russell-Cooke's Charity and Social Business Team held a debate about the future of public service delivery by charities - "This house believes that public services are best delivered by charities".
The debate was mediated by Caron Bradshaw of Charity Finance Group. The participants were Debra Allcock Tyler from the Directory of Social Change, Rob Owen from St Giles Trust, Fran Pollard from Catch22 and Sean Williams from G4S.
