Roberta Ceschini - Ceschini & Restignoli Law Office

Roberta is a specialist in Children law, she is an author of various books including "The Role of Women in the Italian Legal System" and "International Child Abduction", she is a member of the International Bar Association, Reunite and the National Council for Abducted Children. Her practice areas are, among others: Adoption, Child Custody/Residence/Visitation/Contact, Child Support, Child Custody, Enforcement, Child Support, and International Child Abduction.

Samantha Little - partner, Russell-Cooke

Samantha advises clients on all aspects of children law. She is experienced in assisting a range of clients including vulnerable adults and children. Samantha has Higher Courts (Civil Proceedings) advocacy rights and is an experienced advocate, representing children, parents and family members in court. She is a member of Resolution (the professional network of family lawyers) and regularly trains its members on Children Law. Her areas of specialism are care proceedings (where children are taken into care by the state); post separation arrangements between parents for their children; adoption; kinship care (where family members care for children where their parents cannot); international travel of children.
