Arnold Isaacson, partner at Russell-Cooke, led the team that advised the purchaser, Sirosa Liberty, in a deal worth £41.5m for the acquisition of the freehold of the iconic Liberty store in London's West End.  Liberty Plc is also taking a leaseback from the buyer.  The agents advising the buyer were Savills and Liberty was represented by Knight Frank. 

Arnold Isaacson said: "We met the client's deadline to do the deal in a week.  I was able to call on members of our 30 or so commercial property lawyers and the deal played to our particular strengths in the retail and investment fields."
