Russell-Cooke partner, Peter Cadman of the sports law and regulation team, has been awarded the prestigious Silver Medal by the British Fencing Association in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the sport of Fencing and to British Fencing in particular over the past twelve years. The awards took place at the British Olympic Association in London on Saturday 20 October 2012.
Peter was Honorary Legal Adviser to the British Fencing Association from 2000 until this year, dealing with various legal issues including matters arising from three consecutive Olympic Games.
Keith Smith, the president of British Fencing praised Peter for his 'outstanding service to British Fencing', provided on a pro bono basis.
