Russell-Cooke has advised the owners of Hong Kong’s Michelin starred Duddell’s on the lease for their first UK restaurant, due to open in late November.
Duddell’s first opened in Hong Kong in 2013 as a new concept that combines entertainment with art and cantonese cuisine. They now hold two Michelin stars.
The London restaurant will be the first branch of the concept to open outside Hong Kong. It will take over the site of the historic St. Thomas Church - a Grade II-listed building - adjacent to The Shard, known as one of the prime examples of Queen Anne architecture in London.
