Maeve O'Hare and Guy Wilmot, of Russell-Cooke's corporate and commercial team, advised existing client Ruuby, on the acquisition of a competitor company, Perfect 10. 

Ruuby, a London-based mobile beauty concierge app, is at the forefront of an increasingly competitive on-demand beauty market. Through the Ruuby app, clients can book high quality beauty services to be delivered in their home. 

The acquisition of Perfect 10, signals part of an overall strategic growth and expansion plan that will see Ruuby increase its service offering and expand its client-base and network of stylists internationally.

As well as acquiring the entire issued share capital of Perfect 10, Ruuby have also gained a new chief operational officer, Charlotte McCorry (previous CEO of Perfect 10) who will assist with merging the capabilities of both companies. 

Russell-Cooke have advised Ruuby on a range of corporate and commercial matters since it launched 3 years ago, working closely with the company's founder and CEO, Venetia Archer. The team were delighted to be involved in such an exciting chapter of the company's growth.
