Russell-Cooke is delighted to announce that partner Francesca Kaye has been appointed by The Queen to be a Master of the Chancery Division on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from 1 May 2019, and from this date she will be known as Master Kaye.

Francesca Kaye joined Russell-Cooke in 1988 becoming a partner in 1996 and has almost 30 years of experience as a commercial litigator advising on a wide range of cases.

She was the first woman President of the London Solicitors Litigation Association (2012-2014), was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2003 and has been a Deputy Master of the Chancery Division since 2016.
