The charity and social business team advised a Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) on contractual arrangements following a successful tendering process, won on the basis that the CVS would lead a partnership arrangement. This involved detailed advice on the application of TUPE: the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 and the obligations that arise both at the outset of the new contract and at later stages. 

The team also advised on the partnership arrangements with individual contractors delivering different components of the contract.
