Acting as lead and English counsel in litigation to this well-known UK based charity, in connection with its dispute before the Scottish Court of Session brought by a digital recording and database technology company, in which it was alleged that Leonard Cheshire Disability had acted in repudiatory breach when terminating a master services agreement and a series of sub-contracts and collateral agreements for the provision of specific services at agreed pricing levels, benchmarked against agreed technical specifications. Damages in excess of £1 million were sought.
